Well its been a funny old day culminating in my poor car making an awful racket and getting stranded in West View right outside the hose I used to live in. Bizarre, not sure about the message the spirits are trying to tell me lol.

Anyway, it appears the thrust bearing has gone pop in my clutch (my own diagnosis) but my poor pupil is now convinced she broke my car bless her. Takes more than one lesson to destroy a clutch I told her, god bless her. Anyway, hopefully have the car up and running after my 'planned' long weekend. If it was gonna go anytime now is probably the best time for it. Thank you gods of fate.
